a year ago today, my husband and i were married at Graceland's Chapel in the Woods, on the grounds of Elvis Presley's home. it was a truly magical experience, for which i am forever grateful to my husband, my family and friends, the city of Memphis and the king himself. i've so many pictures i wouldn't know how to begin posting them, so i'll just post these...
the wall outside Graceland is covered in messages from adoring fans, and after a blissful week in Memphis, we left a message of our own:

and the Elvis was inevitable really. my first LP, afterall, was "Elvis Sings for Children (and Grown-ups Too!)". still have it :)
